Aquila at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026: A Growing Range, More Ways to Explore

September 29, 2026

From the world debut of the Aquila 35 Sport to the European debut of the 45 Sport, Aquila’s showcase at the Cannes Yachting Festival put the breadth of its power catamaran range in focus. Four models were displayed at Cannes from 8 to 13 September 2026: the 35 Sport, 45 Sport, 46 Coupe and 50 Yacht. The 46 Yacht was also available for viewings nearby in Antibes, giving interested clients another point of comparison.

“I remember Aquila’s first Cannes display in 2023 with just two boats. Seeing the range today—and the energy of the dealer network behind it—shows how quickly the brand has grown. For our clients, that means more considered choices for the way they actually want to spend time on the water.”

For Europa Yachts, which represents Aquila in the Philippines and Indonesia, the progress is striking.

Aquila 35 Sport: An energetic new entry to the range

Making its world debut, the 35 Sport brought Aquila’s open, social Sport concept into a more compact format. Its bow and aft seating areas are designed for time together on deck, while a cabin with a berth and private head makes an overnight stay possible. It is a useful starting point for buyers whose plans centre on active days out, with the flexibility to stay a little longer.

Aquila 45 Sport: More space around the water

The 45 Sport, making its European debut, takes a bolder approach to outdoor entertaining. Fold-down terraces expand the space at water level, bringing guests closer to the activities that make a day aboard memorable. Consider it when hosting, swimming and moving easily between deck and sea are central to your plans.

Aquila 46 Coupe: A balance of pace and privacy

With a connected, single-level main deck and two private en-suite cabins, the 46 Coupe offers a different proposition: the energy of a performance-oriented boat with room to retreat and stay aboard. For owners weighing lively day trips against occasional overnight cruising, it deserves a closer look. Aquila lists its Hydro Glide® semi-foiling system as standard on the model.

Aquila 46 Yacht: Room to make the journey your own

The 46 Yacht brings a broad beam, a light-filled salon and a choice of cabin configurations to owners who want to spend more time aboard. It was available for client viewings in nearby Antibes during the festival, rather than at the Cannes display. For buyers comparing the Yacht range, it offers a chance to consider how much space and flexibility their family, guests and cruising plans call for.

Aquila 50 Yacht: Space to settle into the journey

The 50 Yacht shifts the emphasis toward longer stays aboard. Its expansive flybridge creates another setting for gathering outdoors, while the full-beam master cabin gives owners a more private space below. It is the model to explore if your plans call for more time on the water, more guests and a layout built around life aboard.

Which Aquila should you explore first?

Picture the days you most want to spend on the water. The 35 Sport is made for active outings with the flexibility to stay overnight; the 45 Sport gives everyone more room to gather by the water. The 46 Coupe pairs an open, social main deck with two private cabins. If longer journeys are calling, explore the different ways to live aboard the 46 Yacht and 50 Yacht. In Indonesia, the Aquila 54 Yacht is also currently available.
